http: make req.headers have a null prototype
Makes IncomingMessage.prototype.headers and trailers have a null
prototype, matching the existing behavior of headersDistinct and
trailersDistinct.

Fixes prototype pollution concerns where headers like __proto__
could be interpreted as prototype manipulation.
