Rich Trott d7ce99214d tools: update ESLint, fix unused vars bug
Update ESLint to 3.0.0. This includes an enhancement to `no-unused-vars`
such that it finds a few instances in our code base that it did not find
previously (fixed in previous commits readying this for landing).

array-union Build Status

Create an array of unique values, in order, from the input arrays

Install

$ npm install --save array-union

Usage

const arrayUnion = require('array-union');

arrayUnion([1, 1, 2, 3], [2, 3]);
//=> [1, 2, 3]

arrayUnion(['foo', 'foo', 'bar'], ['foo']);
//=> ['foo', 'bar']
